Money Smart Week

The Augusta-Richmond County Public Library System (ARCPLS) will host several financial literacy programs for children, teens, and adults for Money Smart Week®, April 22-29, 2017. All events are free and open to the public. The ARCPLS Money Smart Week® programs cover a variety of topics from fun finance activities for the little ones to personal finance advice for people with disabilities. GLASS Money Smart Week Sensory Storytime
Saturday, April 22 @ 11 am
Children’s Programming Room, First Floor

Join Georgia Libraries for Accessible Statewide Services (GLASS) for a Sensory Storytime all about money! Sensory Storytime is designed to keep kids active and is ideal for children with autism spectrum disorders, sensory integration challenges or children who have trouble sitting still. Develop a free personalized spending plan with Balance My Checkbook LLC, a financial coaching and financial planning company, that will show you how to save more money. Preregistration is required.
